From a humble beginning in 1929, Humboldt Creamery has always been about high quality, good service and reliability. Peter Philipsen founded Humboldt Creamery Association in January 1929, when he and 152 dairy farming families all contributed $.10 per cow. Our organic ice cream uses 100% organic milk and cream, as well as organic nuts, fruits and flavourings. From the pecans in the butter pecan to the chocoloate in the mint chip, we insist on the freshest, highest quality ingredients.
