Joseph's Lite Cookies
Joseph Semprevivo was born November 1, 1971 in a small New Jersey town. At six years old, Joseph relocated to Deming, New Mexico, USA. At the age of nine, he was diagnosed with diabetes and by age 12, he created the first sugar free ice cream on the market. At 15 (1986) the fructose-sweetened Joseph's Cookies and brownies were released into the mass market. In 1995, Joseph's Sugar Free Cookies were created and brought to market.
