SUTÉ TM Pre-cooked Oat Pasta is an ECO FOOD. Oat pasta is made with Mongolian naked oats. Naked oats produces only 2/3 of the yield per acre of hulled varieties, and naked oats is not suited for synthetic fertilizations, typical of fertilization used in the cultivation of hulled oats. In fact, Mongolians grow naked oats in a traditional way that is simply a process of sowing the oats and hand harvesting, just as Mongolians have done for centuries. Naked oats are rich in minerals, vitamins and high-quality protein similar to that found in soybeans.
