Udi Baron, our founder, grew up on a farm in Israel, surrounded from a very early age by fresh, naturally-grown foods. Among other things, this experience instilled in Udi a keen appreciation for the highest-quality, great-tasting foods, which is why he has always loved finding, making, and sharing great food with others.
